Im needing to get a drop pitman arm and all the arms i have seen do not come with a ball joint??? i have a 4" lift. where can i find an arm with a new ball joint in it?

Is the truck 2 or 4wd? 4wd pitman arms don't have a ball joint...I assume you mean the tie rod end that goes to the drag link.
