Custom hood

Ok I found an ad on CL for a 94 Ram that a guy is parting out. He has a custom hood on it and I called imediately and he has a guy to come look at it Friday. Should I make an offer on it or wait? I'm thinking of trying to swap hoods, even though it is a white truck. I'd have to get it painted to

Id make him an offer on it. He might take your offer too unless the other guy already made one. First come, first serve lol Thatd look nice on your truck too. Make him an offer and see what happens...

I just called him and he sounded interested. Sent some pics of it so I'm waiting on a call back. Hoping he'll take the offer. I told him a hood swap and possibly a little bit of cash so we'll see what happens

Colton might be a good idea just for yall to buy it and put a trans in it and use that as your work truck. It would keep yours nicer and wouldnt have to rack up extra miles on yours... just a thought.

Ok I got this idea, what if we got that truck, used it to work out of and to drive to school and stuff. Then took my truck, got it repainted, did some performance upgrades and started making money with it at car shows and taking it to the drag strip. In order to do that, the engine would need upgraded like crazy. Are there some things I can do to this 5.2 to make it fly?

swap a hemi into it or build a stroker out a 5.9

Just found a supercharger for the 5.2, now just thinking of making the truck look good, and just do some other little stuff for the engine. Leave the racing out of the equation and just make it a show truck

The reason I changed my mind on the racing... supercharger is $4500 lol

Oh forgot to mention, might be swapping my rear bumper for a roll pan

If I get the roll pan and hood, I might just be getting the truck totally repainted :naughty:
