I live in Georgia and was wondering if green Underglow is illegal or not.

Check your local laws. I'm going to say probably not. Most states won't allow white amber red or blue but say nothing about green pink purple or orange. As long as its not flashing while your driving you should be fine. Just on and solid color and light shouldn't be a problem.
But go online and check your states laws first. Id also probably print it off and keep it in the glove box in case you do get pulled over. Be able to prove it if a cop tries to ticket you for it
