So, I get to work yesterday and my exhaust sounded weird. Didn't have time to take a look, so I waited till I got home. When I did, my exhaust sounded like crap. It sounded like the muffler had a big hole in it. I crawl underneath and see...the entire outlet end of the muffler perfectly sheered right off!
What the flying hell? That muffler isn't even a year old! It looked a bit rusty around where it decapitated itself, but nothing that bad. My dad thinks the muffler blew up because of my truck's running issues and honestly, I can't really think of anything better. I've never seen a muffler fall apart in less than a year...
No, I still haven't installed my fuel pump yet. Ran into some legal BS with the Mountaineer and can't even drive it until the previous owner sends a new title (they signed it in the wrong place or some 'effing crap...).
