02 dodge ram 1500 slt magnum 4.7, idles really rough when i first start it but, gets better the longer it idles, still idles between 500 rpm and 1000 rpm after running for about 10 mins, ive replaced the tb, iac, tps and checked plugs/ignition coils, also checked for evap leaks and found none. could an egr valve cause this without throwing the code??? Anyone have any suggestions on where to go from here?

Check your battery. How old is it?

Sorry... I had what sounds like very similar symptoms in my 98 5.2 and it was the battery. I guess the cables are tight and not corroded? Have you checked for a vacuum leak? I don't know about the EGR valve.
