Best way to run antenna cable for CB from under hood to inside cab?

Need some help... What is the best way to run a CB antenna cable from under the hood (hood mount antenna) to inside the cab? Also, going to need to tighten screws under hood to go thru paint to contact metal on hood. What should I use to coat screws after to prevent rust? Thanks

Through the clutch pedal delete plate.

Thanks sbarron! I haven't looked yet, is it an actual metal plate or rubber? Need to know if i will need to drill (metal) or cut (rubber). If you have experience with running the wires using the clutch plate please let me know what worked for you.

Plastic. Held in by two nuts on studs. piece of cake to drill.
