In several states its illegal to have fogs on with highbeams but the chances of you getttin pulled for that are slim.

I wish I had that option...would have saved me $30 and about half an hour of time!

Yes, I live in one of those states. This is for off road/rural areas only for me.

If you get caught high beaming a cop you deserve a ticket lol
I turned this function on over a year and a half ago on my gf's dads 09 2500 with his mini maxx and he hasn't had a problem. I'm pretty sure he's forgotten that its on lol

On the 11s and up, I've been told you have to splice into the passenger side (not just drivers side) high beam. Not sure about the fogs. Try it my way then if one side doesn't work, just run a splice to the other side.

I got out and did my new 2011 2500 yesterday and hooked up drivers side to drivers side and it worked fine. Very bright going to work this morning at 4:30 am. Did the wifes 2012 1500 this afternoon the same way and the passenger side d-light wouldn't light on high beam. I untaped where I had soldered into the driving light wire and bared and soldered the p side wire to it and it worked fine. When you pull the headlight out you are right at the headlight wires and also the driving light wires. Very handy. Hope I dont have trouble with hers because she will let me know real quick!! Ha! Oh, FYI, You can still kill the drivers with the stock switch for low beam but they are always on with high beam. Mark
