I just bought a 2003 2500 with 5.7 hemi. Ive had it for a few weeks and havent used the E-brake yet last night though out of no where while driving the truck the e-brake light started flashing on and of also a couple minutes later the heater completely shut off. The heater came back on after shuting the truck off and then restarting it but the e-brake light is still flashing. I dont know much about working on cars but im trying to learn. I feel like since both of these things happened close together and out of nowhere it has to be some electrical short. Any suggestions as to what it could be or how to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.
