I've been back on for the last hour, had 2 other chats........not sure whats going on there.

, and get quicker responses. could you pm me the name of the software you are using. My wife has been considering this option for her insurance companies website, but hasn't found a program that she feels comfortable with.

as for the software, its Volusion. I stumbled across it and it seems that I see it more and more. Heck, 2 other vendors here use the same software

Overall, I like the product, not too crazy on costs (even with my bandwidth overages each month). It has made things a LOT easier for me! Setting it up is ....... well, cumbersome. Quite a few options really. The chat feature is a free thing they offer, and is simple to implement. The biggest "*****" of the software is really getting the "options" set up. If you have single items - VERY easy.
