Here is the bracket I built form the winch. The winch will be mounted upside down so it lines up with the license plate on the back bumper. I dropped my spare, took out my spare tire carrier and cut the metal bracket that held the spare to make the winch bracket fit. More pics to come.

Here is the space under the bed I cut out for the bracket. I'm also going to mount my compressor and train horns underneath as well with the extra space. I plan on having an extra connector for the compressor next to the license plate on the back bumper that I can use if I need it.

Mounted the winch, compressor, and horns. He winch was a total pain in the ass to do but it looks and works badass. The compressor is on a switch and so are the horns. I am waiting for my low profile rollers to get here so I can mount it on the rear bumper. As well as my wireless winch controller. I'll get pictures of everything soon.

Also put it my radio. I plan on buying the nav bezel so please excuse the half ass mounting in the front. Lol

Nope not at all. I put it way up near the bottom of the bed. You really have to look under to see it. I used the bed bolts for two of the bolts on the bracket and cut two more on the frame. It lines up perfect with the license plate so it will work when I cut the hole for the rollers. I hate the way the head unit looks at the moment. I literally just took a pair of wire cutters and chopped that little bar across the bezel to make it fit. I'll fix it later just wanted to get it working. Lol

Installed my low profile rollers today. The winch lines up perfectly with the rollers and back bumper just like I hoped they would. Pics coming soon.

Received my flush LEDs today for my rear bumper. Will install them this weekend.

Installed my LEDs. Haven't wired them up yet. Also installed my air chuck outlet on the back bumper from my compressor. Please excuse the dent on my back bumper.

Pulled my chrome door handles and chrome fuel door off. Got tired of seeing those on. Lol I need to buy some of that forever black stuff to do the handles, door trim, bumper trim, and cowl pieces. They've gotten a little faded.

Thanks guys. Yeah I got the LEDs off of eBay. About $50 for the pair free shipping. Little bit of a pain in the ass to cut out the bumper and install but definitely worth it. I need to take a good current truck picture. I dipped my rear tailgate emblem black, came out good I think.

Decided to go get stuck on my buddy's property. Got out on my own eventually. Lol

Thanks man. I have been wanting those leds for a while and finally found a deal on them. The hidden winch is a total pain in the ass to do. I had to keep measuring, cutting, and drilling for two weekends straight but overall I like the outcome. Positives are I will always have the winch with me and not get pulled over for having the license plate blocked. Negatives are I can't keep my spare under the bed, which is really not all that bad. Lol
