I've been eyeing these things for a couple of years now but could never bring myself to pay $200 for them. So I got them for $179! Lol

What do you guys think? :happy107:

I think they look pretty cool! With the black it pops. Amazing how expensive they are. Are they at least nice covers? Metal? Not plastic etc..

How did they attach?

Looks nice! $200 is too much for me. I may just paint my calipers.

Look good, i would not mind a set either but heard they dont hold up well in Canadian winters and the heat of the calipers eventually fade them.

They are made out of aluminum and attach with clips and small bolts. They are not going anywhere.

I don't think your Canadian winters are much worse than my Buffalo, NY winters....but maybe. I highly doubt they will fade since they are powdered coated aluminum.

I am in the camp that would use paint, your truck so do as you please obviously.

Definitely rather have the covers over painting them......to each their own.

Looks great man, especially against black!

For those who think painting calipers is a good alternate, try it. It's a lot of work, they look good for 6 months and then you'll be ordering these covers to hide them... Ask me how I know. ;)

Looks bad jazz! Especially on black. Well done, these are a want of mine as well but same boat, not willing to drop the $$ they want for the look. Seeing your pic gets me closer though. Lol

You say why? I say why not?

Nah, you're right. I'm laughing harder at the guy who spends hard-earned money on the high-end caliper covers :roflsquared:

Its a purely aesthetic modification that gives the brakes the look of a high-performance aftermarket caliper. Those kind of mods never suited my fancy. If you like em, that's what counts. Don't let my opinion make you regret spending a couple hundred dollars on brakes for zero braking improvement.
