That'd be fun to come play in but I do not want to have to deal with that mess. Thanks Florida!

went for a drive during the blizzard. truck has 2500 miles on the odd and is bone stock including the stock GY wranglers. 20 inches snow was wet and perfect "snowman" snow. i have the transfer case with 4x4 auto. went up some pretty good sis hills and did some slipping and sliding. better tires would have helped. didn't get stuck, and unlike many report, the transfer case worked flawlessly.

Of course it did, you have the best transfer case ever created inside of your truck. Not to mention you used it properly, and didn't worry about how it worked. Congrats, hope you have more winters with the same flawless usage :)

My 14' express with stock tires and a 2.5" lift/level did great in the ridiculous amounts of snow. Only time I got stuck is when I decided to drive though the plow drift, which ended up beaching the entire truck up on the hard pack snow up to the frame... Smh

This was about 2:30 Tuesday afternoon, didn't stop till later that night. Probably ended up with 27"-28" if I had to guess. Wind picked up and kinda messed up the measurement.

Snow blower got a good workout. With the wind drifting the snow back in the drive, ended up cleaning it about half a dozen times.

Then had to clean out the back of the truck to get a load of pellets.

Awesome! That is nice! Is it 4x4? Do you have to blow snow in reverse?

I have an old 1985 CASE 446 compact with a 54" plow that got a good workout on Tuesday

Yeah 4x4, blower on the back cause it's got a 60" loader on the front. Has an option of a front mount blower but I like still being able to use the loader.

Man that's a darn nice tractor. Looking good. Real good. I'd like to get one like that someday.

Here's a pic from today for comparison. As you can see the vehicles are on a little bit of a knoll and the bottom of the garage door is well above grade.

Sucks to be you guys, just to cheer you up,the streets are dry and clear in Western Canada,at least with the time change you got daylight till 8:00 for snow clearing, lol. All kidding aside, you guys got hammered hard,i feel for you. Any roof damage on buildings?

None at my place but did have 2 barns collapse within a few miles of me. First one got all the livestock out, second one lost a few.

I don't mind it, I actually love the snow. It just gets to be a pain in the ass when the wind picks up and starts the drifting. That and I work 48 hrs shifts so the wife is stuck here with the daughter by themselves. If the driveway drifts in she's stuck till I can get home. The neighbor is pretty good about keeping an eye on them for me though. He cleared the end of the drive yesterday so she could get in after work, I had to clear the rest when I got home this morning.
