Wind Noise and Neutral RPM + No Cruise Control While Driving

IDK if it's just me, the dent in my fender, a failing seal/window lifter, my loose rain guard window thingies or what, but my truck seems pretty wind-noisy lately.... Is there anything I can do to remedy this or improve the situation.

I also have to constantly crack the drivers' window down and pop it back up to prevent a tiny, annoying air leak. Is this the seal, or the window lifter, or motor, or what?

As for the other thing, I've noticed that sometimes the neutral/park RPM limiter is active in drive, also disallowing the use of cruise control. This problem only happened a couple of times in the past, and now, it's happed a few times of the last 3-4 months. Much more frequently, and now noteworthy than the 1-2 times a year it did it before. What's causing THIS and how do I fix it??

My 06 was very noisy coming from the top of the doors. I took it to a body shop and the guy bent in the top of my doors and the wind noise was for the most part gone. Best part is he did it for free

However I'm not sure what would be causing your air leak in your window. My first guess would be after awhile of riding over bumps the window slips slightly downward but I'm not sure I've never had this issue.

As for the RPM limiter, I have no clue. My 06 doesn't seem to have a limiter, unless the limit is 6000 RPM lol so I don't know much about that or why it wouldn't allow cruise control

So if you put your truck in neutral or park and stomp the skinny pedal it doesn't rev bounce at 4k?

I don't believe so, I've revved in park before but I didn't notice how high the RPM gauge went lol I'll have to try it later
