Air suspension issue, 2 weeks at dealer

Are there any dtc's? Are the ride height sensors properly calibrated? Was system air mass ever checked? If I get a chance tomorrow I'll plug in & see what my sensors are reading.

Dealer said everything was working. Went yesterday and it won't get to off-road 1-or 2. Will just keep blinking. If the truck is shutoff and started again it says it's in the right mode. Now they say the need to level it. We're on our third week..

Yes, service manager was in the truck and saw it not performing. There has been no progress with getting my truck resolved. The dealer simply said they are waiting for Chrysler to contact them. How do I open a case with customer service, they've had my truck for around 20 days.
What are my options, I'm concerned about the time and if this thing will be a problem in the future.

Just wanted to close out this thread, truck was at the dealer 6 months. End result is that they couldn't fix it, fca sent a specialist down and they worked on it as well. Basically I don't have the truck anymore but I'm not allowed to disclose exactly what happened to it...
I wanted a replacement, but there aren't any new ecodiesels out.

Would've liked to know the outcome but as long as they did you right that's all that matters. Have you given up on the Ram brand?

FCA specialist are useless and tend to ignore dealers trying to resolve issues, my brother is going thru an issue with his new truck and dealer is the stepping up to the plate

I loved the truck and would have gotten a new one without air ride, but no eco diesels yet.
They finally just said it some computer glitch.

Eco diesel was a great truck. Limited was a great trim, not much to not like except buying a truck I no longer own.

Having problems with my 2014 bighorn air suspension system. Been at dealer 4 times in the past month for same issue. They replaced compressor and recalibrated the system, but the truck is not riding at same heights as before. At exit/entrance the front end sits at 37” . Normal ride hieght sits at 39”. Or1 is 40 and or2 is 41.5. They said there is nothing else they can do. Anyoneelse experience this before. Or could direct me in the right direction to solve problem

Open up a case with RAMCare to track this on your end as well, especially since you’ve already had it in four times. Depending on the actual issue, you could also pursue a lemon law return.

Maybe FCA put your truck up for sale and he bought it?

I did Open a case, they told me to check measurement on another truck at dealership. Today I measured another truck and it was off by 2.5 inches. My next move is to take for service at another dealership to see if the other dealership installed wrong parts or just didn’t install or adjust properly.
