I need to do this with my handles they look like such ****.

Does it wear using them to get in or out at all? I figure yours probably don’t get used like a lifted truck would but still.

Where did you get these? I looked at a guys truck once that had these, the handle felt so much better to me with the covers on them. I forgot to ask him where he got them at..

i personally wouldnt do painted handles on my daily, they will get scratched up over time and they are awkward to polish, but they do look good

I’d take the chance. My exterior handles just look terrible

i dont blame ya, thats why i went with the covers, so far they have held up really well on my truck, i love em, if you like the black handles then they are the way to go, i think i paid like $30 for all 4 of them on my red truck and i have the same ones on my reg cab

oh those, i would assume over time it will wear on them, but regardless of wear on them, when you paint them they become very slick, even with texture, if i were to paint these in a truck where they were going to be used alot, i would use more adhesion promoter and do a more aggressive sanding on them, problem with any colored dash that the color will eventually rub off, look at alot of the chevy trucks, the dashboards have their paint rub off alot, in my blue truck the handles are pointless since the truck is so low, you dont have to climb into anything you just sit down in it haha

Today I got my MotoHo1ders to work properly by grinding down the back of my retrofit brackets (sorry Jeremy). But quickly found out my passenger side turn signal is out or the wiring is loose; I don't feel like taking the headlight off again today.

Also might have a bad alternator since my battery gauge drops to zero when the truck is running. I'll find out tomorrow when I can borrow a voltmeter from work. 2c66fd6218058c4f94aa712039440b12.jpga2cd2779df38085a594ea772e999b418.jpge0b5e77d88ee41e03c9b73a3ab4188f2.jpg

Got towed home last week, about 50 miles (thanx AAA) & had 2 codes. One was MAP sensor & second was Throttle Position Sensor. Today I changed both sensors & truck is running beautifully again!
