Do you have the projector style headlights or the other type? The reason I ask is because although LEDs are a great bulb the are not made for projector style type housings. You will not get the full potential out of them and there might even be a pattern cut off on the light beam it self. LEDs are made to work with your typical style headlight housing like the OP has. I only have these on my fog lights since it’s typical type housing but my Ram has HIDs for the headlights because I have projector style headlights also from Vanquish auto. Same features error free, plug and play and so forth.Based on the feedback of this post I just purchased a set of these LED's from Vanquish as well. Can't wait to see how they are. Chief_6.7 did you have to adjust your head lights? Are you getting lights flashed at you?
HIDs are meant to work with projector type style housing like my Ram Longhorn has. A little more work to make these work because you have to cut a hole thru the dust covers if you plan on putting back the dust covers. Again this is for projector style type housings
LED bulbs use only if you have the typical type housing
HID bulbs use only if you have projector type housing
I’m not saying LEDs won’t work on a projector type housing I’m just saying you won’t get the full potential out of them.
