What kind of rims did you have on the truck before the Octanes? Also, does the stubby antenna interfere with your reception at all?

I had the Moto Metal 951's, but they were powder coated black.

As for the antenna, I did lose some reception..but not much!

Gotcha. I'm debating doing some wheels and tires but I'm not really sure if I wanna sink that kind of money into a lease!! And plus I don't wanna get the same wheels everyone else already has on their trucks! I really like the Fuel Octanes and the Fuel Hostages tho

Where'd you get the shorty from?

True! You could always sell them if you decided not to keep the truck and put your stock ones back on.

I got it from Cravenspeed.com

Yeah true. I'm definitely not gonna keep this exact truck. I love it but it's not exactly what i if want options wise so if I decide in 3 years I still wanna stick with a Ram(which I'm sure is a good possibility) I'm gonna finance a new higher model Ram. So I'm sure I'll probably be able to use the rims again if not sell them. I'm just afraid if I get nice wheels and tires I'm gonna wanna go crazy with a lift and stuff lol. I really love the way your trick sits. I'd want that type of stance on my truck

Trust me I know what you mean about not being able to stop lol. I like your idea, you could always get into a newer Ram like you said. Thanks man, I hadn't planned on the body lift..but after adding 35's on just a level I was rubbing..so up it went lol.

Just do the Bilsteins and body lift. If you install the body lift yourself you'll be under $600 and its not bad to walk away from vs $2000 suspension lift installed.

I'm not very mechanically inclined so I'd have to have somebody do it for me. But I'm definitely thinking about it

I can tell you RC instructions as the PA is pretty good and with a buddy you can hammer it home.
But I hear you on not being mechanically inclined.
Even if you paid to have it done. Possibly $500-$600 its still not bad to walk away from.

Only issue I have with messing with the suspension is when I go to turn it in when my lease is up they might give me ****. I'm trying to only do things to my truck that are easily removable so I can pull them all back off before I turn it in(and hopefully be able to reuse on my new Ram if they don't change much). But I'm seriously considering doing the level, body lift and a set of wheels and tires because it looks soooooo badass!!!!!

What wheels are these? Tire sizes? I love these wheels. Can I fit these on with stock suspension?
