starter relay will be located in the engine bay fuse box. if you look in the manual that came with the truck it will tell you exactly which relay it is.
you could check the voltage of the battery. if its low then either the alternator could be bad or something else is pulling power.
but you...
did you check all connections? maybe a bad ground. check relay.
Turn your headlights on then try to start it and see if the headlights dim.
My truck kind of did the same thing. though it was very obvious. every time i turned the key my entire truck went dead. I had a bad battery connection.
ive dealt with 3 exhaust leaks now, one thing i found is that there will usually be some black soot around the leak. may help with locating it. but definitely check the bolts. 2 of the 3 leaks i dealt with ended up being the bolts.
Id look for an exhaust leak. usually when there is an exhaust leak there will be some black residue around the area where its leaking, if its leaking. Wouldnt hurt to try to tighten up all the bolts attached to the exhaust. Would only take about 10minutes or so.
With an exhaust leak the...
check your grounds, make sure its completely metal on metal. take a wire brush to the areas to make sure you get the best connections. also make sure that all connections throughout the entire wiring kit is plugged in correctly.
Id assume the fuse box is near the battery. The buzzing is more...

today i replaced the filters, fluid, and both output sensors on the transmission.

P0733 3rd gear ratio incorrect
P0734 3th gear ration incorrect

So i did a little research and found it could be a bad solenoid. Think im gonna start there along side with replacing the fluid and filters and see where that leads me.
Well the issue came back on my way to work.
This time i was on the highway so i was able to play around with it to get more information.
Went to accelerate while the trans was in OD got a shutter and clunk when it went out of OD. After that is would not go into OD. Got it up to 65 and rpms...
