    did you check all connections? maybe a bad ground. check relay. Turn your headlights on then try to start it and see if the headlights dim. My truck kind of did the same thing. though it was very obvious. every time i turned the key my entire truck went dead. I had a bad battery connection.

    Testing exhaust leak

    ive dealt with 3 exhaust leaks now, one thing i found is that there will usually be some black soot around the leak. may help with locating it. but definitely check the bolts. 2 of the 3 leaks i dealt with ended up being the bolts.

    from what i read it is a broken valve spring or rod. Probably more so the vlave spring. not too bad of a job. having 2 people will help a ton. Also take a look at your intake manifold. could also be that it is cracked/ broken.

    funny thing about that. I read that too. there is no input speed sensor for my transmission. but there are 2 outputs. but im assuming that one of the outputs is used as the input. Dealership doesnt have it in the system and nothing online sells input speed sensors for my truck...

    So i did a little research and found it could be a bad solenoid. Think im gonna start there along side with replacing the fluid and filters and see where that leads me.
