I know my GMC had a flapper valve after the OEM muffler. It was to help with the exhaust noise switching from V8-V4 mode. Came out when I installed a Corsa catback on it.

The dealership my dad bought his truck from threw in 2 years of free oil changes with the deal. So my dad has been going every 3k miles or so his truck. After that I told him it would be fine to go 6-7k miles between oil changes.
I highly doubt this is an issue related tot he Bilstein shocks. Its gotta be the tire/wheel combo causing an issue.
Also, look into hub-centric rings. Should help.
Don't do this. Tires get hotter as you increase speed, which in turn increased the PSI of the air pressure. If you inflate them 10 psi over, and then start rolling around at highway speeds, you could very easily blow a tire.
I know you said that you have a check ready to pay for the truck, but have you investigated the financing options? If its 0% for however many months....thats literally FREE money. Pay it off over the course of a year or two instead of dropping the whole *** at once.
