    How do you know its running rich? The pcm learns and adjusts fuel trim to the mods you do, up to a point. If you are asking about actually tuning your truck, the most popular is the SCT tuner. Best bang for your buck, if your looking for more.

    Thanks for sharing that link Yeret, that's good info. I agree, I think its the fuel sync. There is a method for using an ohm meter, but dont remember how. It was a similar link as the one above.

    Can you go into a little more detail about the "hesitation" ? Also, did you pay someone to do the plenum gasket, or did you do it? Did it hesitate before you repaired it? Could be a vacuum issue or the IAC valve.

    Or you can make your own s-bolt. Just buy a threaded rod from hardware store, cut and bend. 1/4-20 is the size you need. There is a diagram of the exact dimensions if you need it.

    That depends on who you talk too, lol. I've heard that the problem is the steel pan mated to an aluminum manifold, and i've also heard that the bolts are slightly too long and bottom out.     Also, not sure about now, but back when I had my 2000 R/T 5.9, Kenne bell made a roots style blower set-up for the magnums. Not many guys went that route though, mucho bucks.
