    Rockers off for head removal?

    As the title states, do I need to remove the rocker arms to remove/install the head? Just changed my head gasket then someone said "You need to remove your rocker arms and retighten in sequence", any truth to this?

    Safe over-bore size?

    Rebuilding my 5.2, summit offers a 3.940in piston bore size. Is a +.030 OK to overbore? The spacing between bores looks adequate but i was hoping to get input from someone who knows more than i do on this subject.

    Truck won't heat up

    Spring is in the down position, and it is direct from the dodge dealer. I'm going to take it out soon, and then put it in boiling water to make sure it is opening.

    Both. Last week I got a "too cold for too long" engine code and after that I put in my dodge thermostat, same result. The cab also has very very mild heat, would guess maybe 90 degrees blowing. The upper radiator hose I should replace, when I was changing thermostats it was pretty flexible..

    I drove it around for 30 mins and the heater hoses were hot but not too hot to hold onto. I'm going to try to replace the upper and lower rad hoses then try to take out the thermostat and see what happens, thanks for the advice

    Truck won't heat up

    Truck will not heat up, has brand new heater core and I'm on my 4th thermostat. All started after replacing my plenum gasket. All parts from dodge. Made sure to burp the system and checked all fluids. Any ideas?

    How can i clean air ducts?

    Whenever i put on my air (hot or cold), there is an awful smell. One day a piece of what looks like a rats nest flew up one of the vents, so i took off my blower motor to discover more small bits of a nest. Is there any good way to clean the ducts? I would rather not pull the whole HVAC box...

    Alright, so, I did the test and I do hear hissing, since it is getting to the switch, any suggestions on the easiest way to trace the lines to the door?

    Just purchased a 2001 Dodge Ram SLT 5.2. One thing I noticed is that the HVAC will not blow out of anything other than the defrost vents. No matter what else I turn it to, it is always there. Any quick suggestions on what to check before I rip out the dash?

    I REALLY dont want to send it back and replace it lol, rather fix some other front end stuff up and see if it helps..

    I've replaced the steering stabilizer shock, new tie rod end on driver side as well as the sleeve, new steering gear box, thinking i need to replace the trac bar next, but im not sure, any input on what i can check and how would be appreciated
