I just ordered the SC from Bullys and currently have the Bully dog on my 2011. The reason I am switching was I had the SC on my 2010 and I feel like it was way more powerful than the bully. There is another factor that plays into it though. My 2010 was only 2wd so the extra weight may be...
I have the Bilsteins on the on the front of mine maxed out to 2.8" and a 1" rear spacer. Sits just higher in the rear but can't tell uunless you put a tape to it. After that I ran a 20" Fuel rim 1 offset and 35x12.5r20 Toyo ATII extremes. No rubbing and a great ride.
Problem solved. Removed the fender wells to get to the top of the spacer and tack welded it in. No noise at all and if I ever need to remove them I can just gring the tack weld off.
No extra lift and stock shocks. I think the only solution is to throw out these spacers and buy a more expensive poly set. Or I could maybe just weld the metal to the frame and then it wouldn't move. That's committing to it though.
I found a set of bilsteins on ebay for 210 shipped. Then bought TGC 1" rear spacer. Might have gotten the deal of the century as I got all installed and an alignment at a reputable shop here in Myrtle Beach for 240. Love the bilsteins. The only problem I have is the rear spacer makes too much...
I got my bilsteins installed on the front of my truck and absolutely love them! Great ride and gave the truck an awesome look. The issue is I got TGC 1" rear spacer and it was installed with the factory isolator as instructed by a grea tech. The thing makes a ton of noise over bumps. Any idea...
So I pulled the trigger on a set of bilstein 5100 and a 1" rear spacer. I really need help with tires and rims. Would like 35's and no rubbing. Anyone have some good ideas? Oh, I got the rear spacer so I could set the bilsteins to the max.
I just specify exactly what is in my truck and ask them to verify that what they are sending fits. On my last set there wer a few extra parts for a different configuration.
I will look for picks of my 2010. Bought the black ones cause I didn't want to wait. The actually matched the dark grey of my interior great. Put 40k miles on them and they were flawless. Super tight fit the whole time. Everyone who set foot in my truck thought they were stock and had a few...
I decided I want 35's on my truck. My plan is to go with the billstein 5100 all the way up, a 1" spacer in the rear, factory flares and aftermarket 17" rims. What offset will I need to get no rubbing and not stick out too far if at all?
I used clazzio on my 2010 and will be getting them for my new ram. Fit good and put 30k miles on them and had zero wear. Great product easy on the wallet qnd look great.
