Brand new ram and 2 awful different sounds
I had experienced the metal screeching on my 14 Ram. it only happened when the truck was cold, and the dealer couldn't figure it out. After searching the web, it turned out to be the exhaust clamp tab on the passenger side, between the cat & muffler. I tried finding a picture of it, but I can't...- phrater

Do yourself a favor - add a Stubby antenna
I keep my stock antenna on as a gauge for low clearance parking garages. -
Rear Coil Spring Help
I have the 1223V. They're shorter than stock springs, but the back end sits the same height because they are stiffer and don't sag as much. The truck rides nice when the bed is loaded. -

I wouldn't waste the time & money (even tho they're cheap) on Mevotechs if you set the fronts to 2.1. I had a new mevotech ball joint come loose a week after I put them on. Stock UCA's will be plenty good enough. I also have TufTruck springs in the rear with no spacer, rake is perfect. -
RC 2.5" leveling spacers
sorry, i've been on vacation. This is only for the front spacers, no rear spacers were in this kit. If anyone is going to actually install these, I'll make you a hellofa deal. -

Bilstein/Zone UCA Questions
I honestly wouldn't use Mevotech UCA's, I had a balljoint pop within a week of putting them on. I put the stock UCA's back on and haven't had an issue. My Bils are set at 2.1 -
Ram Outsells Chevy.....
I noticed this in Eastern Washington, at least with trucks towing something. That's what also pushed me over the fence to buy one.- phrater

What type of fuel do you use in your 5.7?...
91 octane from Chevron, with HF tune. I've used 91 from AM/PM (BP fuel) and it ran like ****.- phrater

New tire question
you'll be good. There's other guys that run 285/65/20 with no issues. -
BFGoodrich T/A KO2's All Terr.
I've had my G2's for just over 5,000 miles and they love to collect and throw rocks. that's my only complaint so far, we'll see how this winter goes. Overall I'm happy, and I didn't lose any fuel mileage. A guy at work has the KO2's and he lost 1-2 MPG. -
Bilstein question
It's all a matter of preference. Some like even, some like rake, some like slightly nose-high. I prefer rake, that's why I set mine at 2.1 with no rear spacer. -
Everything Bilstein Mega Thread
I would most likely go with 285-65-20 in the same tire, just for a little more width. I'm not sure what fuel mileage would be lost, but I didn't lose anything with the tires I have now. I also have a Diablo tune, and adjusted tire size... I will try to find a pic with more angle for reference.
