    like jwheeler stated, also, if you hook up the gauges and the system is charged...you might be looking at a failed compressor/clutch.

    Classic "throw-out" bearing...replace it before it decides to relocate itself in pieces....don't ask how I know. That's my guess anyway...good luck, no job is ever to hard.

    most high mileage vehicles will have the cv axles "seize" with the intermediate shafts. just spend the extra $50(lft)/$90(rt) on the intermediate shaft, pick up a new "c-spring-clip" to replace the one that is "seized" in the bad assembly and you're done. I've done a few of them on my truck...
