Could also be the driveshaft out of balance as well. Have they ever checked this? -
New Ram..opinions on it?? What to do next??
I went to my local exhaust shop and spent around $140 for a flowmaster installed and an echo 4" stainless tip put on. That included labor and parts. It sound awesome!! I kept mine single exhaust though, if you wanted dual tips, I can't see it being much more.- SMITHY

Then you did not install it in the right area, or perhaps did not prep the surface properly. I use my tailgate constantly and had no issues with mine. -
