Any competent tire shop should be able to do it. I had luck with Tire Kingdom in my area, but no luck anywhere else. Dodge won't touch them unless they are Mopar sensors. Tire shop relearns the sensors to the truck and the truck will pick them up within a couple hundred feet of driving...
