You have to get the 2013 tpms sensors. You can get a set of 4 on eBay for $40-50 bucks. -

School Me Panhard Bar
I have the McGaughys 2/4 drop .Get a hellwig rear sway bar. I don't notice any sway in the rear. My problem is the rear sway bar end links, they squeak . I can't stand the noise. There is a thread on end links in this section , gonna change mine out to something better. -

E85 Fuel?
Pretty sure your gonna have to change injectors and pump. I believe it's 105 octane. I would look into doing a methanol injection kit. Increases octane level and helps against detonation. I had both E85 and methanol on my turbo Silverado.- thebeet

Blower Cams?
Gamester , have you looked into the Mahle forged drop in pistons? You don't have to re-balance the rotating assembly. Run up to 12lbs of boost! Do a blower cam for more power too! 6.4 VVT HEMI Drop In Pistons - shopHEMI.com- thebeet
