    Proximity sensor is RFID and no battery is needed except for the truck battery. But I have replaced the fob battery and the buttons work just fine.

    9006 to 9011 swap?

    i read about the 9005-9011 swap and got excited and ordered 9011’s. Turns out my 2013 2500 has 9006’s. I THINK I can modify the base to fit, but am I asking for trouble as the 9011’s draw 65 watts and the 9006 draws 55. Thanks for the direction, just hate wasting $40 on bulbs I can’t use.
