Oh wow yeah sounds like possibly the same issue. I’ve recently replaced the driver side CV and the noise went away but there was still a little. I’ll have to check out the passenger side and see what it looks like

Sounds like you guys may have the same issue or at least similar ones .

May be your stub shaft splines , stub shaft needle bearing / bearing surface on the inner stub spindle , or a partially sticking 4X4 electronic actuator that is forced to disengage once you pick up some speed ?? Not sure but worth going in a bit deeper to check out as it's a pretty simple job .

Either way after reading your OP. I searched and found a good video that shows how the 4wd system works .
In the video the issue with this truck was 4wd was inop ; however , I think maybe this video well help both of you guys in troubleshooting to the root cause of your issue .
