That's why I like BDS and Zone, they raise the diff bracket giving the panhard more clearance versus other kits lower the frame mount keeping the stock clearance

I really like all these except for the name brand stamped on them. Anyone make one with an aggressive look without their name plastered all over it?

This is coming from someone with zero knowledge of diff covers but other than looking good what benefit do they serve?

Some offer expanded volume for more fluid which helps with heat dissipation. Different materials will allow for better or worse heat transfer. Also, different materials will offer more or less protection from impact if off roading. Referring to steel vs aluminum vs iron for materials.

Thanks, found it. I hate 4 wheel parts, but the dif covers are reasonably priced on their site. Their labor costs are from another solar system in a somewhat parallel world, so I have always avoided them and just move on!

Fair enough, I do my own work so I just look for the cheapest place to buy. They had bilstein 5100’s on sale cheaper than rockauto. Could always get it installed somewhere else.

I went there for a 6" lift on my 2007 a few years ago and I know the kit was $1100. They wanted $2900 installed. I was like, wtf. Turned around and never looked back. lol.

Thanks again!

Mag-hytec holds more fluid, has a magnetic drain to catch any particles and a dipstick to check fluid level

Plus the fill location on the Mag-Hytec is easy to use, I used a small funnel and poured the diff fluid in rather than having to pump it in.
Its a top quality peice that I feel can justify the high price.
