What's does it normally cost to have your truck cammed out with tune? Also what would be the recommended size cam for an 03 dodge ram 1500 4x4 5.7 hemi? Lastly I'm putting longtube headers with a flowmaster true dual exhaust my basic use for this truck Is mudding and some rock crawling. I have 37 inch military tires on this truck so I'll need all the power I can get.

You mean material or labor? Cams run $300-$600 depending on who you go with. You’ll need upgraded pushrods and valvesprings, that’s normally around $300. You’ll need a tuner, cost depends what you get and whether it’s new or used. But your biggest issue is having an 03 pcm. You need to contact a custom tuner of your choice about what they can tune on the 03, usually it’s not much. Best thing is swapping to an 05 computer and that requires a bit of wiring. I’ve got tons on info on the swap if you are interested

He beat me to it lol. I was gonna say 260 if you kept the crap**** 03 ECM, sky's the limit with a PCM swap. Keep in mind though you'll want something more torquey to get that heavy ass, giant tired truck moving lol. Gear swap would also be something to consider.
