I just installed the rancho quicklift. Went on relativly easy and it rides like stock plus its not outside of the range that you need to change your UCA's
Yeah I have a 6Speed... I also didnt get a chance to look in the manual.... I will check it out. I guess I was looking more of "is it something I can do myself? Being moderately mechanically included. If so, anything I should look out for/ be cautious of.

well if this is what they are going to look like then Im going back to GM when the time comes for a new ride. The Silverado is the second best looking truck compared to our 4th gens.
The Rancho Quick Lift and 34" tires will give you a net front end lift of about 2.5" however as you move from the lowest point of the truck in the front to the highest point in the back this # will change because you not lifting the rear which remains the same. I have never measure the actual...
Holy old posts to an old thread with an even older reply... I did exagerate i guess, it wasnt a cord of wood it was a bed full I didnt really know what a cord was to be honest (eek) and I guessed on the water tank since it was under the queen bed and was about 12 inches deep i just figured 100...
I wish I got the Crew Cab 6'4" Bed... I have the QC and its very cramped with our new baby boy our daughter and the dog, but I can carry my quad with the gate closed so thats Kewl.
learn how to correct and get it turn off the damn traction control hehe... seriously wish I paid attention and got it.

I have 3.55 and wish i would have looked into it before I bought. The 3.92 with Limited slip diff is the best.
I have 3.55 with the open diff, it does just fine hauling my 26' TT but wish I had the little extra on the hill starts. Gas savings are minimal at best.
So I have started hearing a grinding noise in the driver side front wheel area. Got out yesterday to check out the situation and the pad is nearly shot. I checked all three others and they are like brand new.
Has anyone else experienced this? is this something I should take up with...
