So I have spray paint on my rims and want to return them to
Original chrome. Does anyone know of products that help to remove spray paint from chrome? I didn't sand down the rim.
So I have the MF catback exhaust for my 12 and I'm wondering if the mufflex 14" would be able to replace this 22" muffler because it's just a little too quiet for me.
So yesterday I just installed my MF catback exhaust and it sounds great! Will the exhaust get louder over time or is there any other method to get a little more bark out of this exhaust? It's the #16869 kit.
So I'm getting tired of the "street look" of my truck and want to give it a more aggressive look. Id like to fit some 35" Trail Grapplers with 20" wheels. Could I just get the Bilstein shocks and get enough clearance in the front for em or should I should get them all around to play it safe?
So I have my MF catback on the way and I know that the muffler it comes with is a 22". I have a 14" mufflex at home and I'm wondering if I'd be able to swap em and still fit on the MF tubing.
So today I finally pulled the trigger on buying my exhaust and finished up ordering the rest of my HIDs.
Sorry to the vendors on this forum but I went with a exhaust dealer in Canada for the free shipping :p As for the exhaust I went the the dual catback magnaflow system (part#16869) and have...
I'm looking into levelling my front end with the Bilstein shocks and I'm looking into getting Nitto Trail Grapplers. Does anyone know what size of tire I can fit under there without rubbing? I'll probably go with a 20inch rim and get rid of my 22s
So I'm looking into getting Belstein adjustable shocks for the front of my 12 regular cab set to 2.8 so the truck shouldn't have any rake. Was looking at getting nitto trail grappler and I'm wondering what I could fit under there without having any rubbing.
So my 12 ram 1500 is mid piped and I'm looking into getting a flown master exhaust. Would any kind of extra pipe have to be welded in place because it was cut off? It was cut pretty much right before the muffler.
Or would my best bet be to get headers as well and replace all of it?

So I went into my local NAPA the other day looking into getting a set of HIDs for my ram 1500. The dealer said that he wouldn't recommend it because apparently there not any good for the 2012 models? Wtf?
If any of you have any experience with these lights on a 2012 model it'd be nice to hear...
So I want the sound to be just right for me and I've only heard 1 mufflex system in real day time and it was an 18". I'm not a fan of very loud considering I do a lot of driving to and from work. 24" is out of the question. I like the sound of the 14 and 18 but since I'm a lot of highway...
So i just ordered my exhaust (mufflex) and I'm looking into swapping my TB for one of Moe's 87mm ported TB.
Just wanted to know if there's noticeable gains with it put in?
I do plan on having full bolt-ons eventually so I figured this would be the best one for my truck.
So I wanna replace the factory antenna with something more sporty/short.
I'd be willing to paint it and what not. Just need to know of any good sites that offer good ones?
Hey everyone,
I have a 2012 Ram 1500 reg cab and all I can say is I love it! I've had a few mods done to it since I've gotten it a few weeks ago.
Here they are as listed.
-debadged
-20% tint (professionally done)
-22s Srt10 rims
-tinted taillights and third brake light
-Bullydog gt...
So I have a 2012 ram sport and all I have done is the Bullydog GT tuner. My next plan is to change out the muffler. I'm looking for something that sounds nice but isn't too loud (only when you punch it). Any input would be appreciated!
