    OP I think since off roading has taken off as a "thing" way more than before, that's what makes it more popular. I don't know about $800 for it, but a good set of LEDs seems worth it if you're going hardcore in your offroading.

    I agree with Rotzilla about the Westin. My cousin has the Westin but the Sportsman in stainless steel because the sportsman holds a winch.     I also agree with the fab fours front bumper. You can probably get it in bare steel if you prefer that look. I'd be careful with the upkeep of bare steel though.

    Wowzers, I'm sorry that happened to you. I would look into ranch hand I think as well. Although wherever you go, I would call ahead to make sure the grille guard or bumper fits the dodge express. I heard that with a lot of these companies it doesn't fit the express model, but they don't tell...

    I am pretty sure fab fours makes one without the bars. Its completely a ranch bumper too. The black steel ones are more ranch bumpers and the premium are more like iron cross. Don't know why ranch hand wont make one without bars, im sure that a lot of people would get one.
