    Seatbelts are locked on my front seats

    I am parting out a 99 Ram and I removed the front seats, but the belts dont work. They are retracted all the way but dont pull out. They seem to be locked. Anybody had this issue? The truck wasnt wrecked and the drivers side is power. Thanks

    Removing pass side airbag

    What is the proper way to remove the pass side airbag? I already disconnected the battery and removed the bolts and screws in the front, but I cant seem to get the cover off. I'm trying not to use to much force and break the plastic.
