I'm having the same issues with my dads '02. We just ordered a new PCM. I printed out all the wiring diagrams and checked all my PWR and GRNDs and got nothing. I'll let you know how it goes.

    Seafoam in oil?

As long as you change it at around a hundred miles you should be fine. I've heard of it working for sticky lifters.

Yea, I'm thinking that it needs a new distributor cap and rotor. He should check the plugs and wires just to be sure.

Do you have a meter? If you do you can see if you have continuity in the wires.

Not necessarily but not you know you have a misfire and where it's at. Pull the spark plugs and examine them. If they are wet then you have a spark problem in either the plug, wire, or distributor. If they are clean and dry then you have an injector issue in that area.

    Hesitating

I think it sounds like an ignition issue due to the lack of power. You can do a quick check by unplugging the wires one at a time at the distributor while its idling. If it gets worse plug it back in and move on to the next one. If you unplug one and don't notice a change, then that's your...

Will the truck stay running if you leave it in park or do you have to keep the throttle open?

    Hesitating

By hesitating do you mean misfiring? Have you checked the condition of your spark plugs and distributor cap and rotor?

All O2 codes at once but truck runs fine

Just because your O2 sensors are giving off codes doesn't mean they are bad. That is a big misconception. They are reading a fault in your air to fuel ratio. You are either too lean or too rich.

Does anyone know where to order the stock hella 9006 fog lights? My dad has an 02 ram and wants to put some in but doesn't wanna spring for LEDs. I was thinking maybe a junkyard.

    Exhaust manifold?

Do you change your oil regularly? "A lifter can become stuck if varnish accumulates between its plunger and body because of a lack of periodic oil changes." Straight out of the text book. I'm a student at UTI and we just went over lifters and valve trains today. If it's a valve spring you may...

    P3400 and p3497 codes

Negative, I may have just solved the problem. The other day my oil was pretty low so I went down to the basement grabbed some oil and topped it off. That's when my CEL came on and all that stuff started happening. I just read that it could be due to using the wrong oil. I went downstairs and...
