I had it done on my steps and Rims and it lasted months... I got hit in the side so I just bought black of each with the insurance money...Its lasted for me every time I do it.
1st thing------I replaced the bulbs in my taillights with the LED ones. I put the resistor inline like all the write ups i've seen say to do. My computer still tells me right rear tail light out, BUT when I go look at it the right one looks fine and the left one has one bulb on that...
My driver one just went out the other day. And I never realized how much I enjoyed it working. Now I'm trying to figure out if I can replace the LEDs or if I have to replace the whole mirror
I started doing this today. The majority of the first door came off easy( it was ab 4) I started again around 630 and it was def harder. I use xylene to get the adhesive that's left on from the peel

My 09 windows roll down. I agree that it takes a little bit of the heat away before I get there. Next thing would be remote start to blow the hot air out faster

The first one is the same one I find all over. It doesn't have the manual lock with it... You must already have that part( which is what I can't find)
The 2nd one I just don't trust to actually work

I am looking for the manual lock for my 09 tailgate. I have searched everywhere and cannot seem to find it. All I find is the electronic lock, which has to have the manual lock to work. ANY HELP!!!!!!!
I am going to try and install the PL8340.. Since the 8350 has to have the manual lock already. The lock should be here today. Then I just gotta wait for the rain to stop so I can install. The instructions say Tan/Green but there is no Tan in the kick panel.. Other instructions I've found say...
That's what my vin pulls up as. Is an SLT, but looking around it seemed just depend on what month they built the truck for 09. The early models didn't have the lock, I do believe the later 09 ones did

So apparently in 09 dodge didn't install the manual locks in the 1500. So I would have to purchase the manual and the electronic lock from Mopar.. I decided to purchase an electronic pop n lock and not install a manual one

I am having this problem now. I bought the pop n lock auto lock kit but I was trying to figure out which wires to splice into. No manual lock on it at all

Does anyone know which wires are the power locks in an 09 1500? I've seen tan/green supposed be under the dash but I don't see a tan wire in the bundle
