    I beat a cheap Allen tip into it.... project done!!!! New struts!! I now officially hate dodge engineers.... It took one full day per side.... new lower strut bushings. BTW... you don't have to buy lower A arms at $599 each, just $30 bushings and new bolts. Now off to the body shop to fix...

    This is the small (5mm ?) bolt that holds the speed sensor on the front hub of my 2009 Ram 1500 sport 4x4.... I have never seen a 5 sided Allen....

    Lower Front Strut Bolt

    I just spent hours beating on these bolts.... before I found this thread. These lowers are $1000 oem!!! Are replacements worth buying? How did you press in bushings?

    I've read about the possibility of a WCM (wireless control module) being bad. Any thoughts? I wonder if the pushbuttons on the keys would work if this were bad??? They do work...

    I took the battery out, took it to battery store, tested good , brought back, re-installed.... nothing. How did you determine the battery was bad?

    Please help! My engine will not crank... no click either... just nothing. Although lights and bells work. Door locks work with or without key. Key engine start seems to go through proper sequence too.... just no crank ... or click. My battery is good... just had it tested. I just replaced...

    You may be right.... I drove about 300 miles yesterday. When the trip began, the shaking was between 71 & 79. By the end of the trip, the shaking stopped at 76 MPH. So.... since worn parts don't tend to improve, I am thinking tires again. Maybe they do have flat spots that smooth out with...

    yes. I'm taking it in for alignment check after installing hubs... so I'll have them rotate and balance again.

    I ended up going with Timken hubs. Installing these solved my tire bounce problem.... but I still have a vibration that starts at 72mph and continues through 81mph. I turned the driveshaft 180 *.... didn't help. I guess next I'll replace upper lower ball joints??? Anyone have any input , help...
