The fender flares were very easy. They are bushwacker flares and it only requires removing some of the stock bolts and putting them back in. The flatness add a few bolts but they go where there are already holes. No drilling, very easy. Putting the tape on the back is the hardest thing to do... -

What is this?
I just got my new 2014 1500 sport crew cab. There are some kind of weights mounted to the outside frame rail under the front doors on each side. Can anyone tell me what they are or why they are there? The only thing I can guess is some type of electrolysis device, like the zincs on a boat...
