7in maxtrac lift with leveling kit?

Doesn't seem very sluggish to me at all. I went straight to 37s from the stock 275/65s and couldn't tell a noticeable difference lol could just be the way I drive- dodginaround

I have 37x13.50 with stock 20s now. Anyone know if I would be able to go 38s with a 20x12 or x14 with no problem? I'm not sure what will be effected by putting a deeper wheel- dodginaround
