Still at it on the no start condition. I changed out the pressure relief valve on the return line, on the pump, thinking it was lowering the pump pressure but still no start. Upon first look there was no fuel in the filter can. The gauge works, but I put three gallons of fuel in the tank, just to make sure. Still no fuel flow. So I put a new mechanical fuel pump on it. I find no leaks, there is no excess white smoke at the tail pipe. It had a bad radiator cap, but it still looses coolant.
