I purchased the Bakflip G2 for my 2015 Ram 1500 with the 5.7ft box. After the install I noticed that the cover sits up slightly higher in certain spots along the rail and isn't flush. Same thing happened to my ra4. Updated to the same firmware version as you and my nav just kept saying it was activating. Did a hard reset and lost nav and sxm. Send the radio back for a refund.- badger5828

So this exact thing happened to me. Installed an ra4 that was supposed to be from a 2015 Ram, but when I used the donor VIN to update the software it said it was not compatible. So I tried a 2014 VIN with the ra4 and the software took. However afterwards I had nothing but static on sxm and my...- badger5828

No, none of my uconnect stuff works on the new radio. When I called uconnect to switch it over they said they can't do it, which makes no sense to me. I have the tag feature and album art, but I don't see the themes like I used to have on my ra3. So I don't know what to make of this radio...- badger5828

I just talked to the service department at me dealer. They say you cannot swap these radios and that it will good the factory warranty because the radio controls much of the vehicle. This seems crazy to me, what do you all think? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- badger5828
