5100 Install - Sterring knuckle hitting lower uca

Losing RPMs and power at high speed intermittentlt
Was driving home today doing about 70 - 75 and suddenly the truck shudders sounds like it loses power and a definite RPM drop of about 1500 rpm and then recovers.
