I thought my usage was way too much at first at 3300 miles I had used nearly 15 gallons! However I found the formula below on the Cummins site and the RAM site. Well I towed our new Dutchmen 3970 toy hauler from Tucson to Western Arizona. It's just shy of 17k pounds unloaded. Only 1200 miles on the truck so the engine still needs to wear in and loosen up. 10.2 MPG. Amazing how good driving trumps emission deletes. -Dave- Valhakar

Odd Rattle
When my wife is not in the passenger seat, the whole seat back rattles due to the stiff suspension on my 3500. Drives me nuts but I can't figure out how to stop it. The rattle is due to the seat back bouncing when the suspension hits a jiggly bit. -

Difference between "Normal" and "Tow and Haul"
I can tell you from my butt-dyno testing that the Aisin tow/haul is EPIC. Without a load I can accelerate to 50 mph, let off the gas, and it downshift aggressively and uses engine brake. Enough to send you into your belts. Turn T/H off and it just coasts gently down the road.- Valhakar

Any further update? I have a few observations. The sine BossHog posted is clearly an ABS signal with space left at the top for Active Yawn control. Does this sine change at all with Tow/Haul mode enabled/disabled? With T/H enabled the transmission takes over much of the braking and AYC...- Valhakar

As suggested, factory reset everything. I that doesn't do it, then its a trip to the dealer. This is why I paid for the electronics 5 year warranty. Most units will fail in the first 3 years or last "forever".- Valhakar
