Anyone ever have a issue of the truck stalling while driving it? I have power and it will crank, but won't start. after sitting for a while it starts back up. ram 1500 vs dakota 5.9

I know what you mean... But the injectors were definately different, that's why i didn't use the ones that came with the dakota engine. It had different connectors on it, so i pulled the ones off my old engine and put those in. Is that ok, or do i need to use the injectors from the dakota and...

Does anyone know what this is????

Thanks... You should see the Plugs now. Fuel Pressure at the rail is fine, but i think i will need to pull the injectors to see they are working correctly. I had a little water in the fuel, but ran the tank dry, then put more gas in. So no water now. I can't time it, cause it won't stay...

Does anyone know what this is????

Looks like they were on the fuel rail up to 98, then moved to the fender for 99 and 00. Beyond that I'm not sure, but it looks like it was left on the engine when I bought it. So its just an extra part now. Well I checked timing by bribing #1 cylinder to tdc, checking dizzy location and timing...

Does anyone know what this is????

Wow, i wasn't even close... i was leaning more towards a muffler bearing :happy175: I took a bunch of pictures, but my phone was stolen and now i have no before pics. It's nothing fancy. i got the engine out of a 2000 Dakota with 60k miles on it. Mine had just rolled over 210k when it gave...
