Headlights not working
I put new bulbs in, the brights work, but the regular lights don't. The turn signals turn on but don't flash. I'm relatively new to working on vehicles, so I'm at a loss. The guy at the parts store was useless. It's a '96 ram 1500- JoeyT

How to lower High HC GPM Emissions?
Hi, I have a '96 ram 1500 5.9L v8. Took it in for emissions, and it failed due to High HC GPM. I put in a new air filter, cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the MAP sensor, cleaned the IAC sensor, and the Throttle Position sensor.
