    2000 RPM vibration

    A while back when I was reading up about this truck I read about an MDS vibration at low rpms. Is this what youre describing? It was deemed "normal" from what I read. You can force deactivation of MDS by hitting the tow/haul button to confirm.

    I have a regular cab express with the manual rear window. When my truck is in defrost I can definitely hear air moving behind me, presumably over the rear window. Being a regular cab, it's right behind me so it's pretty noticeable.

    Towing for the 1st time

    I tow one of my cars a lot with uhaul trailers. all have been 1 7/8ths not 2inch. Agreed with previous poster to keep at 55-60. Had a trailer tire blow out once with a car on it and it was no fun. Lesson learned. Take your turns wide and use your mirrors.

    take it to a tire place and have them scan the tires that are not reading in the EVIC. if they get nothing or get erroneous reading, replace the sensors. i had to do this, no problem afterwards. edit: i didnt have a problem finding a tire place to do this in a couple minutes for me for free...

    mines a 2014 i bought with 3700 miles on it a couple months ago. it's a rollover totaled repo. she's awesome. i call her my hillbilly hog wagon and i got it for a steal. it required around 2k in parts and about 40hrs of my time but she runs perfect. warranty? hahahahahha no.

    Typical of MDS from what Ive read on this board and feel in my own truck. Though with my brake pedal position sensor currently removed MDS isnt working which I'm loving right now. If it werent for all the warning lights in the cluster I would leave it this way.

    Yeah it was easy, most difficult part was rejoining the ujoint. So, I broke the Brake Pedal Position Sensor when I was reinstalling the column because I was rushing (getting dark)... it has apparently completely disabled MDS and traction control. WIN/WIN?

After a little bit more time I could see exactly where the extra play is.... it's right where the spline gear is held into the column before the telescoping joint.
