    Water pump

I'm assuming you've already completed your project. For future reference, the water pump on the 4.7 has a purge valve on the top that will displace coolant if the pump is malfunctioning. To find out if it is malfunctioning, pressure check your coolant system (you can borrow the tools from AZ or...

Little issue with my 05' Ram - Need advice!

P0440 and P0441 are EVAP codes Check your gas cap, and vacuum hoses. Why are you running 89 octane?

    HEMI shakes! Help

Timing and spark plugs should create ticks and misfires. Spark plugs would also shrug to one side. But they are cheap and easy, so I'd take a gander. Shaking, to me, means mounts. I've pulled an engine mount off that looked fine under visual inspection, but fell apart as soon as it was unbolted.

Hesitation at 1400RPM under light load around 55mph

Sounds like an air issue to me. Along with EGR, I'd check air filter and MAF sensor.

    Overheating?

Agreed. Thermostat may have stuck for a second. Also a cheap fix.

    Fan Clutch Won't Disengage

I pulled the fan Assembly off, and the jet in my driveway disappeared. New felt a little stiffer than the old, not a huge difference. I think the thermostat on the fan wasn't engaging. Swapped the new one out for old and returned it. Problem solved for now, I guess.

Need advice/help with spark plug job.

A - I'd get everything I could out of those holes with compressed air, soak them with PB Blaster, and let it sit overnight. Next morning try to take them off with the engine cold, if that doesn't work, try it warm (wouldn't hurt to try, right?). B - Depends on how much you want to spend...

    Alternator over charging

That's about where mine sits as well. If you're worried about it, I'd take it to AZ or Advance and have them test it (it's free).

    Fan Clutch Won't Disengage

Yesterday I replaced the Water Pump and Fan Clutch on my '05 4.7. At idle, everything sounds fine. When driving it's a different story. When the engine hits >2500 RPMs, sounds like I'm in the cockpit of a C-130. There is loss of power, and fan speed seems to be dependent on engine RPM...
