Why buy 3-inch round steps? Take a look at 4-inch ovals instead. Wider foot area and probably costs about the same. By the way, Raptor (brand) has the best warranty for black steps which is 10 years. Also, you want WELDED end caps. Don't by steps that have open ends or plastic end caps. -

Well LINE-X seems to be the strongest, see tear strengths below. Tear strengths (in psi) per data sheets (which you can get if you ask for them): LINE-X (Standard) - 435 LINE-X (Pro and Platinum) - 708 Rhino Tuff Grip - 225 Rhino Hardline - 225 Bullet (BL1) - 400 Arma - Don't have that one. -

Gator does not make their own covers, they are just rebadged which is OK, lots of companies do that. The Gator cover above is a Access Lorado cover which is a good soft cover. The Truck Gear Stealth cover is a rebadged Bakflip MX4 except you get a lifetime warranty with the Truck Gear cover. -

Undercover Classic, Undercover SE, Undercover Elite, Undercover LUX. They all go OVER the rails, OVER the tailgate, and they have a large overhangning seal on the cab side. That's about as waterproof as you can get. -

revolver x2 vs truxedo titanium
The Revolver X2 is better than the Titanium. The Revolver's sides are locked in by a metal bar when the cover is closed, the Titanium is not locked in, it just has velcro on the sides. The Titanium seems more flimsy than the RX2. -
