So it seems maybe a 20x9 wheel with -12 offset might be flush. Hard to tell without the lift and correct size wheels. -

08 mega cab 1500 wheel offset with lift
I just bought an 08 mega cab 1500 4x4 hemi. I had an 04 quad cab 4x4 hemi with 5"rcx suspension and 1 1/2" body lift with 35x12.50x17 tires on 17x9 -12 offset wheels and 1 1/2 inch wheels spacers. I had to put the wheels spacers on to make it look correct with the bushwacker fender flares I had...
